Saturday, we took our monthly trip to Costco. We went in with a shopping list and even bought a few extra items; however, we didn't break the bank. We were quite pleased with the results. For the most part, the boys were really good aside from Nicholas asking for every toy in the toy aisle. Little does he know that Grammy has already purchased one or two of those toys for the boys.
As usual, the boys wanted to have lunch at Costco. Who am I to say no when I can get 2 drinks, a hot dog, 2 slices of pizza, two smoothies, and a frozen yogurt for about $12? The boys really like to chow down on the pizza. Normally, John asks for pepperoni, but this time he asked for cheese. That's neither here nor there. They enjoyed their meals and all was well.
On a side note, I know that everyone says Costcos are crazy places to visit on a Saturday morning, but I know a secret. The Pacoima store is a hidden gem of a store. It's about 2-years old and it's pretty much empty most of the times we've been there. We've never had a long wait at that location.
